OH for sure that mint in choc. I used to do that and make it like a peppermint patti That was when I bought the DaVinci stuff.. I also make perrmint tea and added the choc. AND that Canfrield's IS wonderful.. but it does have aspartame so do limit that! It is hard to do that NO sitting in the car!! NOT putting Sunshine in a bottle ! Go make clouds or oppsies or other desserts! Bring rinds and deviled eggs and tell her you PLAN to follow the food you can eat so work with her. Bring the things that she does not have. If she is a good person, she will understand!!! You are going to do it and survive well !!! TIme to start gearing up for these things. These months of foods are so tough otherwise.

GREAT going on your losses.. that is over 2.3 for the WEEK!!! FABULOUS. ALL I did was to find them

PAULETTIE~~ I made the legs this time using lemonade water enhancer, pepper & salt. garlic powder and paprika. It is sweet and spicy and pretty darned Good. Add to that, double package of gizzards and 4 LBS of bacon for Miss Jodi! As for cooking, I did high gear entertaining in my other marriage. He was an exec w/ ins.co and so that was standard, plus we had a group of couples that did regular enteratianing weekly so that life was different.. the couples parties con't even whne I maried Carl.. they are all in FL. I do miss that. Cooking for company I enjoy and can spend weeks in advance cooking and freezing for a dinner. To cook for myself is a waste of time. I just do not care enough about food to do it. What I enjoy is seeing others enjoy my meals. My mom had the first SPA for men and women. hotel in Pearl River NY called DEAN'S SPA.. wealthy and elite clientel..actors and actresses. Quite the place she developed and built. She hired the finest chefs and bakers to cater to the 120 guests each day, and all meals were healthy although not exactly calorie counted. She did not realize it but she did pretty much an ATKINS' style plan..except for some pretty decadent deserts for dinner. SO, I got to learn how to cook, and mom could chose the best meats and knew how to age them properly. Quite an amamzing woman! Nothing she could not do..well... except make matzo balls that were not like canon balls LOL!.. so, fr om there I did work for a time as matre'D at a resort in Catskills and learned more dishes from their chefs and bakers. DID that job while doing that gov't genetic work.. hotes was only w/e all winter and then the f/t summers.. work a holic here. SO, hate to cook for me!
Come to think of it, until I became disabled and moved here, I always worked at least 2 jobs 7 days a week for years.I LOVED what I did and it allowed us a really nice quality of life so not complaining.just DO MISS IT!

BBL...

Hi Y'all

Sorry I"m late posting, internet keeps going down because of the storms. We have been very fortunate not to have the flooding that places just North of us and just South of us have had. Georgetown and Charleston have really been affected. Praying there will not be any deaths or injuries from this. It is not going to let up until tomorrow afternoon.
Down another .6...seems to be my favorite number. That is all right with me.

Himi: Looks you have this week. But the most important thing is you have reached Onederland! Congratulations! So Happy For You!!

Paulette: Thank you and I hope by now you are home. I have a loooonggg way to go before I see Onderland. And I doubt seriously I will pass you unless you go on a year long stall, and that ain't happening. No flying for me, I'm more like the little pony at the fair, than I am a Pegasus. Hope you see a loss, but I would wait until at least tomorrow morning before I weigh.

Cricket: Glad to see you are going down in weight. Always the better option. As far as options for me, normally I cook the Thanksgiving Meal, and everyone comes to our house. This year we are on the road, first to Ennis, TX (right outside of Dallas) after our cruise, to see my sister and her family. I will discuss before hand what I can eat. I really don't want to make any extra trouble for her so I think I will go to the grocery store with her and pick out some things for me, and then make them myself. I looking at mashed cauliflower to (cauliflower, hc, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon and a lil ranch dressing), some green beans or salad whichever she has, and sf jello, HWC, and some nuts sprinkled on top for dessert or sf pudding made with HC/water, chocolate and banana pudding layered, and topped with crumbled nuts. I'm not much of a cheese cake fan so won't worry about that. Going with the same plan when we travel to Mt. Airy, NC to my MIL's. Happy Birthday to your daughter! Wow, you have lived a very exciting life!

Chrissie: Sorry about the ole Mabel Mobile...but an NSV to no gain!

All I have for now...hope I don't lose this post. My Heels won yesterday, but my Vols lost. Seems they can only play for 3 of 4 quarters. Oh well. Panthers have won, and Bronco's are winning at half time...so fingers crossed they finish the job. Will talk to you later.

Hi TAM.. sounds like good meal holiday plans. I have never had pudding while on lc..too many carbs for a little bit and I would not stop with a little bit! All or nada for me on that. Jello is bad enough! ENJOY it all sounds delish. BRoncos game not on here so keeping fingers crossed.GO BRONCOS .. yes, I have a pretty packed life and when I write it all down it sounds impossible even to ME! Oh well. helps coming from a mom who always felt inadequate so she overacheieved at everything and I grew up not knowing anything different.. and then the ex was so emotionally destructie to me that I had to always prove myself.. so there ya have a recipe for a lot of things done!

Carl is really going gung ho on the fence and the line is done.Looks really great. Just few details to do.. like moving a gate, and removing the T-Posts and horse wire fencing..reattaching one section the the last wood post..LOL.. just a few details!

It has just occured to me that all I had today was supplements, on large mug of coffee and a little hc in it. I will have th rest of my WF choc as a hot drink and maybe some fried eggs for dinner..maybe. I am no hungry at all.Do not know why.
Tomorrow I WILL go to the store. I am going back to the color hair in the avatar. I weigh the same, hair is the same style and I look pretty much the same.. maybe more wrinkles..and maybe the face is a tad thinner but carl does like me with lighter hair. So, wish me luck finding the light color.I went darker to a darker reddish blonde (champaigne ish) becasue my hair was falling out so much and did not want to stress it iwth the colorings. I can get by a longer with this tone. I am tired of this color and miss the blonde me too!

I am going to post the new thread but please do the updates for today here. Go to the new thread and insert the correct numbers please for todays weight as the start weight. I will just place XXX in the unknown weights.
