Question Anyone notice that adding protein powder helps them lose? r/o

... and if so... what type do you use? (Whey protein, rice protein, etc. etc.) And how much?!

I use soy protein powder (GenSoy)....and it doesn't make me lose...but I don't gain any weight from it either. I only use it as a sauce/soup thickener.

I'd say...try it at your own risk.
