Default Next steps?

My latest thyroid test, T4 0.67, slightly below normal range and T3 260, bottom number of normal. Yesterday, at the dr she tried to play it off like its pretty good. She dug thru my hair and had to admit that the hairloss is throughout not a pattern type. Then I listed my symptoms, swollen thyroid, severe hairloss, lack of weight loss and sex drive, cold, missing chunk of eyebrows etc.

The insurance doesn't list reverse T3 for her to order but she said it might be helpful. She did prescribe a thyroid ultrasound and a 1x cortisol blood test.

I'm confused. I have been on 1 grain of armour after being on 2.5 grains for 10 years. Could I be having all these problems because I'm not taking enough medication? Should I order my own rT3 test? This has been a 1.5 year mess since I got Obama care dr.
