I'm getting older, bones are aching. Pants hurt when i bend, I'm a nannny and need to bend quite often. Just got a couple puppies so there ya go more bending. I can do this diet . I've been on it for a month now I've lost 10 lbs. I no I need to drink the water and the vitiman thing i know this. Thankful i found this Forum hope to keep up with the posting i keep a journal and am pretty faithful about writing it down. I like having others to communicate progress with I think this will be a good thing. I like the fact that theres so much information on this site. Wish i would have found it years ago it would have saved all that money i spent on books. well I will keep posting and im not shy i will ask for when i get stuck

Hi and welcome. What kind of puppies? I guess you'll be getting your exercise. Ha ha.

Default Hello, we have a lot in common

Hi,

We are about the same weight and have the same goals (I'm 175 and want to be 130-140). I have a grown son in college. Like you, I have done Atkins in the past and loved it-no hunger at all!

Do you enjoy being a nanny? I've thought of doing it, but right now I'm an environmental chemist. Is it hard to stay on Atkins while feeding the children?
