Default One Year Anniversary

It's been one year (7/19/08) since I started this WOL and I have lost 50 pounds!!!! I didn't think it would work for me but I have stuck pretty much to induction level eating and the pounds just melted off I know I'm going to have to be very careful and selective of the carbs I start adding back so I don't re-gain all that weight back. Right now I'm focusing on fresh fruit: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, plums and cantaloupe ... those are my favorites!!!! When summer is over, I may start adding in good "grains".
Also, I think it's time I lower my goal a little bit. When I first started, I didn't think getting back down to 160 was doable at the time....now I'm just happy to get there and stay there!!! I would like to get down to 145 but not sure if my body will agree with me or not. It's been 30+ years since I've weighed that -- I don't wanna get greedy
Well, that's it in a nutshell...just wanted to share my experience with everyone.
Oh, I tried to download some pics but can't figure out how the get them smaller....any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
