Cool A new first for me!

I was using a cane as of July 2nd....and when i started in july on my diet and workout routine I slowly advanced from going only 5minutes of cardio to 30 minutes of cardio... Today I added up the mileage for this last week's cardio.

I biked 63miles this week! I'm rather proud of that achievement if i do say so myself.

Thank you! I'm still amazed by the changes, it feels like every time I turn around I'm getting more definition and my body shape is changing. And more than ever that seems to boost my confidence. I've got one roommate convinced about Atkin's and another roommate that I've at least convinced to go to the gym with me so hopefully I'll have more good news in the future.
