Thanks, yes I do at the moment and so far so good at resisting temptation.

Why is it that people that aren't on a diet feel the need to tempt you with things all the time?

Yeah, I get that a lot. People keep telling me that I need to take a break occasionally, but I just look at it like they don't understand how LC works. Even messing up once can throw everything off and in the grand scheme of things, it's not worth it.

I mean, look at me. I'm 200+lbs right now and people say, "Why are you on a diet? You look fine!" And I'm just like, listen this is important to me. I've made so much progress and worked really hard. I don't want to mess it up or risk reversing it. And sure, one bite in itself probably won't hurt, but one bite when you're trying to restrict what you eat can snowball into something much worse.

Yes, I know I don't have too much to loose but people don't realise how you feel about yourself do they. I see myself so much bigger than other people do and when you feel down about yourself and someone offers you something you really want to eat and you get a taste, then bye bye diet. You just have to keep going and eventually it pays off.

You're exactly right. It's all about control. You can control what you eat, but you can't control what other people offer you. But still, you are in total control of whether or not you eat it. It may not seem like it sometimes, but keep that in mind and it might help you.
