It is crazy how my body can just hang out at the same weight! Of course it fluctuates by a few ounces each day but I can't get caught up in the ounces it would drive me crazy. I always just take the first 3 digits on the scale-for better of for worse.
Even if I am not having a loss I am very grateful that I am not gaining!

My goal this month is the same as last: stick to the plan and don't let the carb monster outwit me. I've never lasted two months on any 'diet', so even though this is starting to feel easier, I'm trying to be prepared for some serious cravings somewhere along the way.
