Sherileah, have you looked into the recipes file at the top of the page here? I ALWAYS find something in there for which I actually have all -- or most -- of the ingredients at home! Soups are great, patties with cream cheese (I use goat cheese of course) with egg and spices, cooked, all kinds of things, also enormouse variety in time and effort to prepare.

Second night on the 30 day shred dvd was better. We lasted alot longer. BUT OMG this morning my legs are so sore. Walked 1.4 miles on my morning break and worked some of it out. Hope to work the rest out on lunch and afternoon break so it wont be so hard on me today when we do night 3 of the dvd...... I am excited because I am feeling the results.... No pain no gain (*or should I say loss*)... Have a great LC day everyone!
