Default Stevia: where can we get it in Oz?

hey everyone, just wondering if anyone has seen Stevia in Oz? it's featured in many recipes as a substitute for splenda and i'm wanting to try it out. let me know if you've ever see it or used it.

i buy it from my health food shop in liquid form, a little goes a looooong way. if you use too much it has a bitter aftertaste. but a drop in a cup of tea is like a teaspoon of sugar.

Like Sambalam said, local health food store. I buy my little 30g container for $13.80. Don't be put off by the price. So far I have been using the same one for 2 months now. It usually lasts me 3 - 4 months of everyday use. I prefer powder. Purer and more concentrate.

Default stevia available

just a note to let you know that Redback protein powders has stevia as well as many other lo-carb bars and powders and all sorts of extras. Its an Aussie brand and its the cheapest too.Its available at body building and health food stores. They also have natural powders available which are great for cooking as they dont have any flavours added.I use them in my shop for making waffles pancakes and protein wraps as an alternative to leb bread.
No,I dont work for them,I am just a fan of theyre products.
