Default I'm on vacation as we "speak"! and....

Hi everybody. I am in the middle of my vacation week. We went home this morning, unpacked and repacked and of course I had to jump on the scale (first time since Sunday morning). I finally budged a little!!!

As you know, today is 2 weeks into induction and my scale wasn't moving. Well, as of this morning, it finally went down 3.5 pounds! I guess it's not as much as most people lose during induction, but at least it's something AND it's during my vacation!

I've been eating out and find it so challenging to find things that I can eat. I do enjoy this way of eating! I just hope that things continue on the downward spiral. I did have to grab an Atkins shake today for lunch (gawd, I hate those things-tooo sweet for me), but I thought it was better than the pizza that was leftover in the fridge.

Anyway, I'm just checkin in-----(the hotel has FREE internet access)! So I just had to say hi. Now I need to go in and change my profile, I'm finally down!!!!! YIPPPPPEEEEE!

Have a great night!! "T"

Great job

Eating out gets MUCH MUCH easier as you go. You can get a salad with meat on it just about anywhere, or a cheeseburger, or fajitas. Something meat/veggie is usually easy once you get the knack!!

Great job "T" !

Talk about a great end to induction, looks like your body figured out what it was supposed to be doing lol.

You did great to stick with it despite no weight loss at first- that can be INCREDIBLY frustrating- without this forum I quit the first time I did Atkins at the first stall.

Well, have a good rest of your vacation, and keep on rocking and rolling!

Cathy
