Hi all,

I just want to give my support to anyone affected by the fires that are streaming through Victoria right now. I know lots of affected people and have spent most of today in tears as well so if you need anyone to virtually hug, I'm here if you want me.

I'd like to offer my hugs from Canada as well! I just watched a Powerpoint presentation of Bruno Torf's garden art gallery in Marysville ... what a loss! But still, that's "only" beautiful things -- so many have lost the necessities of life.

We went through something similar with raging fires here in BC a few years ago - we had personal friends who lost everything except their lives - and we're amazed at the resilience of people and their ability to rebuild!

Anyway, I just wanted to offer some extra hugs!
