Talking Challenging Myself...

Challenging Myself…

I have experienced considerable success in this way of life and in order to continue to challenge myself to reach further I am upping the ante on my stats.

To show you how much I believe in what I'm saying, my current stats are 398/285/240 - 72% to my stated goal. I'm upping the ante for myself.

New Stats; 398/285/210 - 60% I was 398, I’m currently 285 (Lost 113 pounds since Nov. 2, 2001), and I’m moving or adjusting my personal goal weigh to 210 pounds, that makes my accomplishment to date is from 72% to 60%. I can live with that.

It may take additional time, OK.

Default cause to brag, bill

I think it's just a stage you go through every once in a while.

Also, if you've been off for awhile, you've got carbs in your body and they're clamoring for more of their own kind. Hang in there for yourself and it will come naturally again.

keep braggin'
