Default Self hypnosis how to:

Hi, just thought io would post here.

i have tried to quit many many times.. patches. gum.... the idiots guide to quit smoking.. i have tried it. I saw inthe paper last week an ad to get hypnotized to quit.. went online to research it.. you actually have to do it several times. a lot of money and time involved there. (worth it but still..)
then i found this E-book that you can read for free. I read it.. skipped most of the how to voice recordings, i guess someone would have to do it their own way. But the self hypnosis was quite easy... i didnt spend a dime and 5 days ago i quit smoking in 10 minutes... it was and IS really freaky, i am still in some amazement... i think about smoking, but the insane urge to do it is just gone..... wow! so if you are up for giving it a try, i found the free ebook on self hypnosis under http://www.wayneperkins.net it tells you all about how to make post hypnotic suggestions to yourself and everything.. anyway.. it worked for me and the quitting was TRUELY pain free... i cant believe it!!
BTW i have also used it to stay low carb, and it has made it a piece of proverbial cake for me... crazy crazy but true!

Bren

Thanks. I'm into self-hypnosis and always interesting in reading more.
