Mon 1-18-10:
nada

Tue 1-19-10:
core workout with ball, arm weights,
noon workout.. 25 min INTENSE ellipitical HIIT... omg.. was sooo good..

Wed- 1-20-10-
20 min HIIT stair stepper..

Thur- nada..
