I've been involved with this site since mid February. Lcing off and on for a year (lost 25, gained 10).

I can't believe how helpful this site has been for me. I'm staying motivated even though I would have given up in the past by now, not seeing much action on the scale. But I'm believen' these people that it will work.

I've been trying some new recipes, the french toast out of pork rinds was amazing -- I'm looking forward to it this weekend again (I'm NOT a morning person, no time).

I'm in Albany ,NY. I just moved here almost a year ago. I wouldn't mind talking with you about low carbing. I'm trying to loose 90lbs by August 14th. So I'm being pretty agressive with my discipline. I also have a small pitiful home gym I wouldn't mind sharing. hahahahaha

Anyone know of any doctors in Syracuse area that support the lowcarb lifestyle? I'd like to not have to fight with my physician each time he checks my (excellent) progress at keeping my blood sugars in line.

My doctor is supportive. But she is in Manlius. Too far for you to travel?
