12th anniversary
I know it sounds impossible but I DID IT!! You never saw me with out a cigarette. Morning noon or night, 24-7 I smoked like a haystack. When I would "quit" up went the weight and never lost it when I started up again. now 12 years later Im smoke free!! How did I do it?? Acupuncture. Yep ,it worked. I went from three packs a day to zip. No cravings no climbing the walls and no going after cigarette smokers 2nd hand smoke!! I haven't
missed them once. I can not believe I quit to this day! Good luck to all of you It is a hard habit to quit. Mary L.
