Default Another good cauliflower recipe

Hi! So this is my first post ever here after lurking for quite sometime. Anyway, reading through these cauliflower recipes made me think of this one my mom or dad used to make when I was younger. I believe that it's appropriate for low-carb people (I hope so because I'm thinking of making some night next week). I liked it a lot, and I don't really like cauliflower. I think it comes from the Deana Haus microwave cookbook if I remember correctly. I just wanted to give credit to the proper person. Hope you enjoy it.

Tangy Mustard Cauliflower

1 medium head cauliflower
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t. finely chopped onion
1 t. prepared mustard
1/4 t. salt
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Place cauliflower in water in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Cover with lid.

2. Microwave 9 minutes on High. Drain. Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard,
and salt in small mixing bowl. Spoon mustard sauce on top of cauliflower.
Sprinkle with cheese.

3. Microwave 1 1/2 to 3 minutes on Med. High to heat topping and melt
cheese. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
