Default !ay have eaten the wrong thing.

I had egg drop soup yesterday. I ordered it from a restaurant, because I was too ill to go out or cook. If I had something off the diet, does that mean I need to start over with induction?
P.S. I'm not sure it was off the diet, but every recipie I see online contains cornstarch.

Mercy, no! Some of us would never get out of Induction!

Drink your water today, know that you might have a couple of cravings and be prepared to deal with them with a little extra cheese or something, and keep on keepin' on. And remember that none of us ever got through this without a slip somewhere along the line.

Just be more vigiliant next time and move on with your life. If we punished ourselves for every little mistake we'd all be sad, sad people.

Of all the things you culd have eaten from a Chineese resturant, egg drop soup is not that bad - unless you added wite rice and crispy noodles...

Sunday is right. Pound the H2O today, and move on. We all slip up from time to time. Good luck!!!

We all make slipups, I know I did in the beginning. Don't get too down on yourself, its good to learn from your mistakes!

Depends.
Do you feel you need to?
If you don't do so, and your results aren't what you'd expect, I'd suggest it.

There's no Atkins Police to arrest you if you don't go back to induction.

How did you say no to the Hot & Sour soup? Makes me drool just thinking about it.
