decided to start one of these. Maybe it'll inspire me to work out on a regular basis.

Today so far I played DDR for 15min. I plan on getting in another 45min as the day goes on. That thing is suuch a work out.

Hi Melissa

(I've only just started browsing journals and gym logs, no idea why I didn't before!)

What DDR are you doing?

I love DDR but my place is really small and full of stuff so I always have to move things out the way to get my mat down, so I don't manage to do it too often. (plus I'm in the gym most days so I'm often knackered!)

Normally once I get started though I go for a couple of hours because I'm having such fun!

I had Konamix, but I moved a few months ago and it seems to have gotten lost in the move. So I've been doing the original PSone version.

Yeah, I have the hard mats for DDR. Expensive things. Ick. But I always have to move my coffee table out of the way, but we started just leaving the pad under the table. No one really notices it.

Cool! I've got some of the PS One games (including Disney which rocks hard! ) - I started off playing them and got the jungle book one for my 5 year old

I now mainly use StepmaniaX on my Xbox because you can download loads of songs off the internet rather than just having the ones on the CD But there are no hard mats for the xbox (yet!), so I just need to use a soft one, which would probably get too damaged sitting around under stuff

I worked today for 4 hours and 45 minutes. Fitday says for my job that's like burning 480 calories. Enough of a work out today! hehe

Uh yeah so I'll keep track of my crunches or something.

I think last Sunday I got 22 on my first set and 15 on my second set.

Today 28 on my first set and 16 on my second set.
