Wednesday did 1 hour of ddr, then did weights....I did the following:

shoulders 3x12
shrug 3x12
biceps 3x12
triceps 3x12

I am gonna do my lower body and abs tonight....gonna split it up to every other day....that may be a little easier. I didn't feel bad or anything after Sunday when I did everything in one day, but as far as time constraints, it will be easier.

Hour and a half of DDR last night....gotta get back on track

Didn't write down my stats from the game, but know it was well over 600 cals burned and almost a mile in steps.

Dusting the dust off my fitness journal

Will be doing 1 hour of Zumba this afternoon. Possibly will go ahead and do weights after, just because I haven't done them in a few days.

Working on upping the weights.
