Thumbs up A great tool for recipes

I just downloaded a nutrition information calculator from www.recipecalc.com. It works GREAT! Has a huge database of food items you can choose from, or you can add your own items. Choose what goes in to your recipe and the amounts, and it calculates the nutrition information for you. This is MUCH less tedious than trying to calculate a recipe in FitDay. It has a 20 day free trial, then is $24 to register and updates etc. and free. I am really finding it to be a big help, and thought I would pass it along to my fellow lcers

Whoops, the link has a period included in it which shouldn't be there. Try www.recipecalc.com
