is possible be addict to protein and fat, i eat a lot of pork over 3 years, i love this think , pork pork pork, how much protein fat is needed for be a addict?

It's not likely that meat or fat would become addicting since they don't produce the same chemical reactions in our bodies that sugar, caffeine and other addictive substances do. It sounds to me like you just prefer pork over most other meats.

Everytime I switch from half and half to heavy cream in my coffee, I lose weight. I crave steak but I am a person who has always needed meat. I recall fighting this craving because meat is evil, right? I tried restricting my meat intake and I felt guilty for desiring it. I craved meat just like I craved carbs. The difference is, getting rid of the meat in my diet did not stop my cravings. My cravings for sweets are now under control.
