Ninnin, what you most likely have is acne inversa, also known as hidradenitis suppurativa.
You can google it to get more info. Good luck

Nka, thanks for the information. I just googled acne inversa and guess who has it??? ME. I've suffered with it since I was about 10 yo and just thought they were reoccurring boils. I have terrible scarring on my inner thighs but I never mentioned it to my PCP's. What even funnier is that all these years of gyn appoints not one has ever ask me about it.

My daughter and I both have had good luck with a combination of low-carb eating, ProActive and zinc.
