It's been a while since I last posted, but I have been working out. Actually, I 've been working out more lately than ever.
I got tired of counting weights, so I just started keeping track of the pounds on 1 side of the bar.
Here's where I'm at now:
bench: 55x7
military press: 20x7
bench dips: 10x7
lat pulldown (changed from parallel grip to narrow straight to prepare for bodyweight pullups!): 80x7
rows: 75x8
supine curls: 37.5x4
squats (started going all the way down, which explains small change in weight): 35x5
hamstring curls: 67.5x6
