Heh heh, on the topic of dogs holding it... they really can hold it longer than us. My german shepherd HATED rain, and I couldn't believe how long he'd hold it rather than go outside in the rain. Happy St Patrick's Day! 15 min spent reading article/watching video clip from a movie with a related topic: research for project 1.

My 90 day challenge:

3 goofs used
Only LC sanctioned pizza, no other.
Goof ups allowed: 3, but not more than 2 pcs.
zero goofs left.

Would like to add on:
2 goofs used
1 T flax every morning. 10 misses allowed.
8 misses left

Adding on 1 serving of lc vegies a day. Minimum.
1 goofs used
For next 60 days, allowing 4 goofs.

20 inches?? We haven't had that in several years!! My dog is small, so when it snows a few inches, DH snow blows an area in the yard for him. Spoiled! LOL

At least 6-8oz cups of water daily.

10 misses allowed in 90 days.

3 of my bottles gives me a little more than 6 cups, and this doesn't count the water I drink taking my meds 3 times a day. I am hoping to soon eliminate some or all of those meds!!

The mission: Consistency/ketogenic eating
The rules: Eat less than 25 net carbs per day and less than 15 net carbs at any one meal.
Other parameters: I will give myself up to 10 passes/exceptions throughout the 90 day period, but they cannot be used on consecutive days. These are not free-for-all days, but an allowance to take into account that perfection is not required.

Passes used: 0 of 10

Yesterday: 7 net carbs, 28 Total carbs.

I had an "off plan" day yesterday. One of my goals is to be accountable and report when that happens, and also report that it has not derailed me and that I am back on plan. It has not derailed me and back on plan today.
