Default Hydroxycut

In June there was a discussion here about Hydroxycut supplement for weight loss. I was just wondering if those who tried it found any benefit from it. Would love to know because I am not doing very well right now and need some help!

Default see the CARB BLOCKER thread....

EeBee,
please have a quick look at the never-ending and ongoing Carb-Blocker thread in this Forum.

There's a ton of discussion in there and an awful lot of it is about Hydroxycut.

You might also want to use the Search feature and see if there is discussion anywhere else in the Forum, it's VERY useful that way.

Hope this helps.

Actually, Hydroxycut is not a carb blocker, it's a form of "stack" or thermogenic aid.

TrainerDan have discussed it here:

I've been hearing a lot about Hydroxycut... and basically it's ECA stacking (Ephedra, Caffeine, and Aspirin.) Yes, it can jump start your metabolism, but it's not really safe to stay on for extended periods of time. Ephedra (Ma Huang) isn't safe....

Default Thanks

Thanks for that - I think it answers my question. Scary stuff and I will avoid it. I read th eother day that chewing gum loses you 11 calories per hour- seems a safer option!! ( and if exercise works think what a thin face I will get!!)

Yes, truly, Wa'il... I *did* say there was discussion ABOUT Hydroxycut in that Thread, not that the thread was about Carb Blockers.

De Nada.

PS: in case y'all haven't noticed, there's a whole Thread on MaHuang in this very Forum.
