Made another Chilli Relleno Quiche, slice of that, a few spoons of Agave Dream Vanilla Ice Cream, a shot of Hazelnut coffee (high octane) w/ HC

green protein drink and peanut coffee and cream. Woke up late and feeling sluggish so green drink for vitamins and coffee for the caffeine!

Well, I needed a break from eggs in any form so I had this wonderful treat I found, Gilbert's all natural smoked Gouda chicken sausage. Only 1 carb, and best part? They come in perforated packages and require 30 seconds in the microwave. Add some mayo. Delicious!
