Hello Folks

Thanks for all the great reading of post here. going to start next week. working on getting the foods ready this week.

Not much into diets. went on juice diets 3 times for beach vacations 25 or so years ago. it worked well losing about 20 lb (185 to 165) over 3 weeks each time. putting it back on over the next few months. being 185 never bothered me much with my shirt on thru the years. but now in my 60s I feel like it was just too much. so about 2 years ago cut back (1/2) on my fav snack Reese cups. lost about 12 lb over 4 months. been holding 169 - 174 since.

But now I want to go to 155-160. so here I am.

Not looking for a lifestyle change. as one gets older the list of things one can not do anymore grows long enough. not eating food you like permanently isn't going to happen. just put me in the box and toss the dirt..lol
but making some sacrifices for a month or so I'm ok with that.

Thanks again for the great reading here, now I'll read more.

Didn't get started till the middle of Aug. went hardcore for 2 weeks. eating Adkins food plus a few cooked meals. then less LC for a third week. then back to my normal diet. went down to 162 over those 3 weeks and then holding steady the past 6 plus weeks.

Going after these last 7 pounds in a week or two. if I knew it was going to be this easy might have done it years ago.

Thank you .....1500 viewers for all the encouragement..........lmao

Most nearly all of those are web search engine bots.

I'm a human that has just typed into a keyboard. Welcome and enjoy your explorations!
