Default Do You Rebound?

I'm talking about the mini trampoline (rebounder).

Just bought one today, to try it out ... 90 days money back from the store, so no harm in trying. I got the Urban Rebounder with the balance bar, at Dick's.

http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/p...oductId=2122885

I all ready find it fun ... but it does tire your ankles out, and get them a bit sore, until you're use to it.

It also helps with the lymphatic system, clears your body of toxins, great for heart, muscle, and much more.

The bar helps balance you, until you get use to jumping.

One thing though ... my cats think it's their new bed.

I'm thinking .. if it's good for me and my system, maybe it's good for them too, so I held them in my arms and jumped! They weren't so sure about that, but they didn't jump down.

Soooooo anybody here ever try it?

I think I'd leave the cats out of my workouts! They can leave trenches if they decide to do a burnout!

Seriously, if you like it, and can do it safely, then it is something you can put into cross training schedule. Do you walk and do other forms of exercise (strength training, weights, etc?) I wouldn't want to do one kind of exercise all the time because your body will adapt very easily. That's why cross training works so very well.

I'm going to start back rebounding next week. I've got it set up again...had to take it down for the holidays. I usually use it as extra movement in addition to the weights workouts and the cardio at the fitness center.

Last month I got the Pilates Rebounder from QVC -- I haven't done the rebounder part (which is the cardio part), for now just sticking with the regular Pilates DVD.

Is anyone incorporating this type of exercise (Rebounder) into their daily routine? What kind of review would you give it?

You did not feel it possibly inappropriate when they suggested you bounce up and down and hold on to Dick's balance bar?

Anyway good luck with the exercise.

Yes, I have a rebounder that I purchased from HSN. I have it set up in my
bedroom. To be honest, I've only used it once.

Since regaining over 35 lbs, I really need some exercise motivation.

Any one up for a rebounder challenge starting Monday, 12/13/10?
