twice a day workout ok or too much?
Okay, I would really appreciate some advice. I just restarted Adkins in March and have lost about 10 pounds (not too bad considering there are 4 birthdays in my office, including mine )
To shake things up in April, I was thinking I could maybe workout twice a day...A firm video in the morning and go to the gym in the evening. The firm is a good workout and my gym workout is pretty basic--I just use th elipitical for about 25-30 minutes and I only have 3 basic exercises for upper body and lower body which I do on alternating days.
I guess I just want faster results and don't want to waist either my video collection or my gym membership. Any thoughts? Thanks.
