Thanks all! I'm slowly building up week by week, but I got to say it felt REALLY good to see 10k. When I start walking 4 weeks ago I could barely do 3000 steps a day. Hope to be doing 10k regularly in another week or so.

My back started acting up Sunday morning. I went for a long walk anyway and it seemed to loosen up as I went along but as soon as I got home it seized up and I spent the rest of the day fairly miserable. Yesterday (monday) started out bad but ended much better. I will rest it one more day just to make sure. I haven't experienced back issues for many years.
