Default Balance ball DVD that shows modified exercises

I'm looking for a balance ball DVD that has, in the group of demonstrators, a person doing the exercises in a modified way. The DVD that came with my balance ball has a group of three people doing the exercises - and they all do the full exercise. Obviously, without the ball, I could modify without help. With the ball - I'm concerned that if I modify it, I will do so incorrectly and will get no benefit or will hurt myself.

I'm in no shape to do the full-blown leg or ab exercises. I could probably do the leg exercises about 50%. The abs - I'd be lucky to do them 10-15% of the way.

Thanks for any guidance!

I use my balance ball as an alternative to an office chair. As for the DVD, I just tossed it. Sorry. I am not very helpful.

Thank you for the response Wifezilla. My ball is too small to sub in for an office chair - but that is a great idea if I can find one tall enough (or get a shorter desk).

I would suggest you check you tu be for ball exercises.

I personally need the support for my back (injured it at eighteen years old...), and using the ball works well for me. I hook my feet under my dog's chair in the living room, and do a modified crunch/twist with my weighted ball. Keeps the dog entertained, too.

Hi, did you check www.collagevideo.com? It has a search by equipment, type of exercise, instructor etc. I always purchase videos from them and you can watch clips to see if they have modifications. Just recently they put a guarantee on all their videos that if you don't like them you can return them within 30 days. Check there.
