Hello all

I thought id come and say hi as, like many of you, im turtling along at the moment

Ive only been on atkins for 3 weeks but have lost a measley 5lbs and to be honest i think i put that back on again.

I did at one stage panic and almost give up, but im sticking withit and hoping that ill have a WOOSH at some point

I feel better knowing that there are others out there that are like me
