Thanks nj, that is sweet of you
You know just remember, don't beat yourself up. because if you stick with it, you will eventually get it. And exercising will become easier and easier. You just don't want to over do it to the point you eventually give up. Or you feel like you aren't achieving anything in the beginning. Set some small goals, attainable goals, not what society or the world thinks. Make them a little bit difficult and work towards them.
Then remember to celebrate! You have to celebrate your accomplishments. Whether it is walking on a 3.5 MPH for 10 minutes. Or doing the entire session at incline level 2. Or loosing 10-20 pounds. Or being able to run up the stairs. Or being able to kneel on the floor. Whatever floats your boat but celebrate it and be happy with your success.
And when you are feeling down remind yourself what you accomplished. You know I gained for the 1st time .75 pounds a couple weeks ago. you know what I did, I went out and bought new clothes for the 90 pounds I had lost. To remind myself I have come so far.
It helps to celebrate and set all those mini goals. Because as you do you will eventually reach you major goal of 180!
I highly recommend keeping an old shirt or pair of pants of your bigger you. So you can put them on every once and a while and remember how big you were and how much you have lost.
I also recommend what other recommended to me taking pictures every 10-20 pounds.
