Smile Any Hints?

Today is day 3..and I feel so much better already...I am amazed at how I feel so soon..gives me positive energy to keep going. I do have a question though..I am a full time student along with being a full time Mom. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I am in school from 2pm until 9:30 pm. I have a 1 hour break and cannot come home, but will be driving about 1/2 hour to the other campus. I have been looking under the low carb tips for suggestions for meals on the go..but didnt really see anything. Aside from packing a cooler with a salad or something in it..does anyone else have any suggestions for quick and easy on the go?

Thanks,
Laura

Default lettuce wraps

I sometimes have to eat on the go and I take romaine lettuce and wrap turkey, mayo and a slice of bacon in each one. Having 2 is like having a full sandwich.
Enjoy
