I've added cardiovascular workouts into my routine 3 days a week in prep for doing a 10K in April. Like last year adding cardo affects my walking pace. I naturally walk faster and get more steps in. When I stopped jogging last summer my walking pace dialed back a few notches.

Target: at least 70,000 steps every week
Challenge: On at least one day this year to do 50,000 steps or more
Habit: When at home, at least 10 minutes a day on the rebounder

Week 01: 81,509 steps; equ to 34.58 miles. Rebound 7/7.
Week 02: 89,795 steps; equ to 38.10 miles. Rebound 6/7.
Week 03: 85,007 steps; equ to 36.06 miles. Rebound 6/7.
Week 04: 82,746 steps; equ to 35.10 miles. Rebound 6/7.
Week 05: 89,690 steps; equ to 38.05 miles. Rebound 5/7.

2017: 428,747 steps equ to 181.90 miles; Rebound 30/35
Most steps in a day: 20,174 on 19/01/2017.

On Tuesday I got most of my steps by rebounding. Both hard work and boring.
