Sausage, onions and peppers cooked together on the skillet. I didn't like the sausages... they were turkey. So I drowned them in shredded cheese. Heh. Cheese fixes everything.

Wow, YUM everybody! Oh chocolate covered bacon...what a good idea for V-day...

Last night for Grammy's night I made these really good grilled cheese sandwiches with avocado, havarti and roasted asparagus...mine was on oopsies - wow they were good.

Tonight I am making Chicken Diane and have a winter root vegetable dish with a horseradish sauce.

The only thing wrong about oopsies is they take too long to make and set and all... and then go fast!

I have nearly perfected making a scrambled egg base for any kind of pizza. Simple, one pan, ready in a jiffy.

This time; tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, spinach and as many pepperoni as I can fit on the top.

That is true...if I want to use them I have to plan for time to make and time to dry out a little...I wonder if they freeze well - should try to make some and freeze and thaw to see how they hold up.

I've been making salads with the leftover Chicken Diane, the usual romaine, cheddar, hardcooked egg, celery and some kind of homemade ranch dressing most nights.

Last night was a cave, off plan ...getting back up and on my plan. It was more of a social tension thing and choosing to not make waves - not great, I still feel strong on my plan and will not have to deal with that again, most likely.

Mviesprite- good job dusting yourself off. It happens. Hope you are feeling alright today! I usually feel pretty sick after going off plan (my stomach makes me pay).

Tonight is the Italian chicken with asparagus I planned last nit. DH got stuck at work late, so I made an easy pumpkin bisque with bell peppers and goat cheese for myself.

One of the Chinese buffets we go to has so much amazing OP food. Last night we had about a dozen oysters on the half shell each and lots of boiled shrimp with lemon. Then I had some pepper steak and also baby bok choy and hot and sour soup.
With food like this I never even consider eating fried rice, noodles or any other high carb foods.

Thanks Robin - ya felt "off" - something make my stomach hurt but I was ok. Definitely don't feel great after that...I am feeling strong.

What is your soup recipe? That sounds so good.

Last night I made those Grilled Cheese Havarti Avocado Asparagus Sandwiches again, mine with oopsies. They turn out so well and are so good. It was the home/dog owners last night here and he requested them.

Tonight - I'll see. I want to make Cincinnati Chili with cheese, I'll see if I get it made, with a simple green salad.
