Sautéed onions, thinly sliced leftover steak, scrambled with 2 eggs. Yum. Black coffee, too.

This week's breakfasts: "easy eggs florentine muffins" - ham, spinach, a cracked egg and a little cheese baked in muffin tins. Homemade frappe, herb tea.

Today hubs and I were out and about at breakfast time. I had a Jack-in-the-Box Southwest Scrambler plate, double eggs, bacon, and NO potatoes. It was pretty yummy!

When we got home around 10 AM, I had coffee with HWC

Mviesprite- I use mini ramekins for similar dishes all the time. Thy are so convenient. I really recommend them- they are great to make shakshuka, too

Bcbeauty- what kind of pepperoni do you get? I love the vet farms brand- and I'm surprised I rarely see others here mention pepperoni sticks. My DH won't touch them bc "they look like slim jims." Haha...... Um, but they taste totally different!

Hi Robin! Shakshuka is on my list to make one day!

1/4 apple, 1/4 orange, waited (went grocery shopping), now having decaf with HC.

1/4 apple, a few dried cranberries, then realized they had sugar on them so I'll take them to work. I thought they were just plain cranberries.
Later on had a piece of Spinach Cheese Casserole. Drinking cucumber orange jalapeno water...really good. Flavoring my water helps me get it down.

Hi Robin
I eat Schneiders pepperoni sticks. One of the few with 0 carbs/ sugars. However it is a Maple Leaf Meats brand... maybe only available in Canada?

I love pepperoni stick and Jagr and the such. A simple ready to go snack but high in sodium.
