well, I hate to say that I cheated because I made the decision to have a few zero carb alcoholic drinks last night. They really hit me hard and were not worth it at all. I won't be doing that again any time soon. I'm sticking to ice water, tea and coffee for a LONG time. I don't like how fast the alcohol hit me or how I feel today either. Luckily I didn't eat a bunch of high carb junk too.
