wellllllllllllllllll.......... I MENT to eat breakfast, I packed it even... I was going to have it AFTER a sf/ff vanilla latte..... but drank that ON THE WAY to work (when I normally eat my breakfast) Got to work, and well... got busy and "Forgot" about eating "real food". SO.... anyway here's what' ive had/my plan for the day:
B: SF Vanilla latte' made with skim milk.
S: nothing
L: pork chop (leftover) apple, carrots and cucumbers
S: 10 almonds
D: leftover roast beef 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes, broccoli.
Dessert: sf fudgecicle.
