Smile Hello Low Carb lovers x

hi, i'm new and just wanted to say hi from london, england. I'm doing lc to get a grip on my raging sugar cravings not really to lose weight. I'm a personal trainer and teach exercise classes but find that sugar rules my life. I've done lc before and it's amazing as it goes against everthing you've ever been taught about nutrition, which i have a qualification in. Been on atkins for 3 days and about 3lb down without depriving. Love love lovin it. X

Welcome zoecarla! You are on the right track in overcoming those sugar cravings. I'm an ex-sugar addict myself and I'm on my way to overcoming my sugar addiction. We can support each other through our journeys.
