I'm Robert..havn't really done the low carb thing..but have given up sugar...white bread...and other bad carbs...and not eating fat with moderate carbs etc. During the week I really behave...but now that i am nearly at where I wanna be I play up at weekends....so a lil weight creeps back on..so Monday back to the plan..and by the next weekend..the previous weekend's indiscretions are gone!!..
So..its worked for me...so there
