Hi Lee:

I too suffer from lots of back fat, even when I weighed 143 lbs which is about my high end for 5'4" or so.

Hope that someone will have answers for us.

T-Tapp routines are great for back fat. All the exercises are done with a kind of posture that engages the entire back and really reduces inches.

you cannot spot reduce, you can only burn calories and the fat comes off all over

building muscle will burn more calories (being stronger is nice too) whatever you decide to do, work your whole body to keep everything even

i would certainly add some strength training into your routine to help with muscle definition and some additional calorie burn. it wouldn't hurt to know your calorie intake as well so you have an idea of where you're at by the end of each day. other than that, you just need the bodyweight overall to keep coming down.
