Hi Glimmer!
Thank you for your encouragement and kind words...your stats are wonderful! Keep it up!

On being happy and excited!? Well, I have to tell you I've started to hit a plateau over the last month or so. Especially since I've become active. I hope that doesn't scare anyone off from excersice and it shouldn't. But as for the scale it doesn't seem to budge either way...HOWEVER...clothes continues to feel looser, inches seem to get lost somewhere so perhaps the scale isn't the only thing to watch. I needed to get active. My body was craving to move. So I just started listening to what my body is asking for.
Overall I am very happy and excited and have a good attitude on this lifestyle change. I NEED to start a journal...looks like I have replying to you in this post
Studies have been proven that people who journal are more likely lose and/or maintain their weight than those who don't. (I read that in Shape Magazine.)

I'm hoping to drop between 10-15 lbs. between now and Valentine's Day...
