Hello everyone!
I just wanted to say HI and introduce myself. I've been low-carbing for almost a year now but I haven't been on the boards. However, I love getting support and reading about how others are doing so I decided to start posting. My loss has been very slow but before low-carb, I was gaining 5-10 pounds a year so I'm pretty happy to be losing at all. I have much more energy and no longer have hypertension so that has been another nice side effect! I eat about 35 carbs a day (can't seem to lose at all if I go higher or lower) and exercise 5 days a week. I especially look forward to hearing from other slow losers about what has worked for you.
