Unfortunately not that simple. Its an endocrine problem, not a reproductive organ problem only. It affects insulin levels (which can lead to obesity and a heart attack by hardening arteries), hypothyroidism, depression, diabetes, hypertension, acanthosis nigricans, hirutism and many other fun things.

Hormones have to be treated throughout the body regardless if you have your female organs or not.

It sucks!
