HI all!!

I wanted to know if you experienced LC's noticed that exercising helped kick the weight faster? When you dont have a lot left to lose the last pds come off a lot slower. Does exercise help this? Could 30 min. of exercise every day work?

Yes it helps and 30 minutes is dependant on what kind, how intense and how much of a calorie defecit you need to create.

It tends to help men more. It probably won't help so so much with the scale but it will help with your body shape.

you could actually see the scale go up, body fat drop and an increase in some lean mass.

actually, i believe you are far better off losing the last bit of bodyfat by increasing your activity level than by restricting calories any further at this point.

Exactly what I am finding! Scale isn't moving much or fast but I look leaner and my clothing is falling off of me so something is happening! And I feel better mentally & physically. So for me, it's worth the trade off.
