Default I'm lurking here --

I'm also thinking of switching to PP. I haven't read PPLP yet, but I'm going to start it tonight. I feel that I need more and varied carbs than I'm getting on Atkins. I'm tired of being stalled. So, I'll be seeing you around!

I am thinking of switching also, but have not as of yet, because I am still awaiting my PPLP book from Amazon, so was hesitant to start without knowing all the ins and outs of PPLP.

I have posted on that board and people are so helpful there, but the board is a bit quite over there.

Moretta, good luck!!! I struggled today, but didn't really think I would do well. I was in court all day, literally. So I had a protein shake this morning for 34g protein and 8g carbs (I mixed two kinds to up my protein), which was good. But at lunch I only had one package and little time so that was only 17g protein and 7g carbs. Of course I got home and I was starving, and my Netrition order had arrived so I had 1/2 a fibercrisp with some cream cheese and garlic, and a handful of granola, oh yeah, and a Michelob Ultra I'll have a small steak tonight with a salad. Tomorrow will be a better day. I'm just going to have to plan better for this plan, it probably wasn't the best week to switch plans, so right now I'm sort of in between. If all goes well, I'll end up within my carb limit for the day, but under my protein.

misschris: It sounds like you do well considering minimal planning. Hang in there, we can all do it.

I am going to switch this week sometime, so we will be in it together.

I hope your day will be better tomorrow.

night night.
