Are there any other chocoholics out there? a few years ago I came up with something to help when I needed a chocolate fix. I call it Hot Chocolate Tea.
per mug I use:1 teaspoon of unsweetened baking cocoa placed in cup first, add a bit of boiling water to make a paste, then add more boiling water to fill the cup. Sweeten with your favorite sugar sub, (I still use the pink stuff, check the carbs) and two tablespoons of half and half or heavy cream.
Carb count is low, 1 for cocoa
1 and a half for each packet of pink stuff
1 for the half and half (0 for the heavy cream)
For a total of 3 1/2 or less grams of carbs
